开会时，讨论时，聊天时，人一多你一言我一语的，说着说着就会发现“跑题了”。当你意识到自己跑题你会说，对不起咱们跑题了。那么我们用英语怎么去描述呢？可不要说“run off the topic”哦。
跑题，就是从原来的话题上跑开了，也就是离开了中心思想的话题。
一般会说：get off the track / topic / point
get off是离开的意思；track-正轨；topic-话题；point-中心
例：
(1) I think we're getting off the track here.
我觉得我们离题了。
(2) You're getting off the topic，get back on track.
你跑题了，快回正题上来。
(3) I think we're getting off the topic，we're supposed to be discussing the group work.
我觉得我们跑题了，我们应该在聊小组作业的事儿。
